Born and raised in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, Casey has deep roots in the local community and has expanded her extensive network into Southern Vermont over the last decade through business ownership and real estate investment. Her entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on experience in property and business management and investing make her a valuable resource for residential and commercial buyers, sellers, and investors.
Casey left the Berkshires to attend college in Biddeford, Maine, where she earned a degree in Early Education and played four years of collegiate soccer. She began her career in education, where she developed strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—qualities that now serve her well in real estate.
Casey and her fiancé, Brian, purchased the Readsboro Inn, where she successfully transformed the restaurant into a welcoming, family-oriented tavern known for its great food, cozy atmosphere, and strong sense of community. Their entrepreneurial vision continued with the acquisition of the historic Jacksonville Store, which they renovated into a thriving small market featuring a butcher shop and deli. As a business owner and landlord, Casey understands firsthand the importance of property investment, functional spaces, and the value of smart real estate decisions.
Casey feels incredibly fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful areas of New England. When she’s not running her businesses or working with clients, she enjoys exploring the back roads and trails with her two Australian Shepherd mixes, spending summer afternoons on the golf course, and actively supporting local youth sports.
