With over two decades of leadership in Vermont’s real estate market, Jacki Murano has built a reputation as a distinguished broker, expert negotiator, and trusted advocate for her clients. Specializing in Resort and Second Home Property Sales, Jacki earned the National Association of REALTORS® Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification in 2018. Whether assisting buyers with vacation and investment properties or helping local homeowners maximize their exposure to out-of-area buyers, Jacki’s expertise ensures every client receives exceptional service and strategic, results-driven marketing.

 

In August 2020, Jacki founded Southern Vermont Realty Group (SVRG) with a mission to deliver industry-leading client service, advanced marketing strategies, and a team of dedicated full-time agents. Since then, SVRG has experienced exponential growth, now consisting of:

 

• 12 full-time sales agents
• 3 rental agents in partnership with Rentals Only
• A full-time administrative and transaction coordination team
• Over $173 million in closed sales by early 2025

A Vermont native, Jacki grew up in the region she now serves and is deeply invested in the communities of Southern Vermont. She and her family fully embrace the Vermont lifestyle—spending time outdoors snowmobiling, boating, sugaring, hiking, camping, and discovering historic sites hidden in the woods. She lives with her husband, three sons, two dogs, and 13 chickens! 

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Jacki is committed to civic engagement and community leadership. She served as chairperson of her local school board for 11 years, was a board member of the Deerfield Valley Fiber Committee (helping to expand high-speed internet access to rural Vermont), and was appointed and served on the Governor’s Task Force for the Collaboration for All Students, reporting directly to the legislation with recommendations for the improvement of Vermont’s education system.

 

In 2025, Jacki continues her community involvement as a Board Member for the United Way of Windham County and a member of their Development Committee.
