Originally from New Jersey and raised in Vermont, Megan spent her childhood learning to ski in these mountains, particularly at Sugarbush, before her family established their own roots in the Deerfield Valley. This firsthand understanding of both visitor and resident perspectives gives her unique insight into the local real estate market.
In early 2024, Megan achieved her Broker's License, marking a significant milestone in her real estate career. Driven by a constant desire to learn, she has also earned two certifications and one designation. These accomplishments reflect her commitment to excellence in real estate and a deep understanding of laws, governance, market dynamics, and ethical standards. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, Megan excels at assisting clients in buying or selling their home, even from afar.
A team player through and through, Megan is passionate about assisting and lending advice to her fellow SVRG agents. Megan enjoys helping to organize and participate in office get-togethers from summer retreats and game nights to lively group chats—that bring everyone together and foster camaraderie.
Always willing to lend a hand, Megan frequently volunteers through the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors and her firm’s initiatives. She notably supports Green Up Day, Veggie Van Go with the Vermont FoodBank, United Way of Windham County through summer sporting fundraisers, and most recently organized a team for the Susan G. Komen MoreThanPinkWalk in Manchester. As of 2025, Megan serves as Treasurer of the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors and is also a member of the Vermont Association of Realtors Engagement Committee. In 2026 Megan will join the Vermont Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors as a representative for her local board, maintaining a connection and insight from the state level to share with her local colleagues. Megan is committed to staying involved and in the know within the Realtor community as well as her own.
A Southern Vermont local, Megan enjoys the peace and tranquility the state offers, along with her passion for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and boating. You can often find her traveling Vermont's scenic trails and drives with her loyal black Lab, Fen, in her quest to become a member of Vermont’s 251 Club. The 251 Club is a challenge to visit all 251 towns in the state, exploring local establishments and historic sites. While she thrives in Vermont's solitude, her adventurous spirit keeps her traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
