Born and raised in Westfield, NJ, Patrice's passion for art led her to earn a BA in Fine Arts from The Catholic University in Washington, D.C., followed by an MFA from The New York Studio School. Her artistic eye and entrepreneurial spirit guided her to launch her own ceramic line before excelling as a sales and marketing director for a tile importer in Philadelphia. Her career has taken her across the U.S. and Europe, enriching her with diverse cultural and design influences.
A serendipitous sales trip to Vermont led Patrice to fall in love with both the Green Mountains and, a native Vermonter. In 2002, she embraced the natural beauty of Vermont and has since called it home. Starting in Vermont by building a decade of experience in sales and design consultation, Patrice worked closely with homeowners, builders, and designers throughout Southern Vermont, helping them bring their creative visions to life. Her deep understanding of aesthetics, functionality, and market trends seamlessly translated into her real estate transition.
Over the last decade, Patrice has built a thriving real estate career, skillfully guiding buyers and sellers through the process with professionalism, market knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Committed to continual growth and providing the highest level of service, she has earned her Brokers license and numerous professional designations and certifications, including:
- Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS)
- Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
- Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
- Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)
- Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)
Her commitment to excellence and ongoing education ensures that her clients receive top-tier representation, whether searching for the perfect Vermont getaway, making a strategic investment, or selling their home.
Beyond her work with clients, Patrice has also demonstrated exceptional leadership within the industry. She has served on the State of Vermont REALTOR® Board for many years and is currently the President of the Southern Vermont Board of REALTORS®, where she works to support and advocate for both her colleagues, homeowners, and the real estate profession.
Patrice is also deeply committed to her community. She has served on the board of the Friends of Memorial Hall for the Arts in Wilmington, participated as an actor with the Deerfield Valley Players, and been an active member of the booster clubs for both the Twin Valley School District and Brattleboro Union High School. Following the devastation of Hurricane Irene, Patrice played a significant role in the cleanup of downtown Wilmington and was part of the Floodstock group, which raised funds to support locals affected by the flooding. She has also hosted The Snow Show on the RSN network.
When she's not assisting buyers and sellers, Patrice enjoys exploring locally and traveling abroad with her husband and daughter. An artist at heart, she finds joy in painting, practicing taekwondo, staying fit, practicing yoga, cooking, and, most of all, being a devoted wife and mother.
If you're looking to buy or sell in Southern Vermont, Patrice brings passion, insight, and dedication to every step of the journey. Reach out to her at
